Surte IS

Surte IS was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Surte IS, 54 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Surte IS could be found in Group 7 together with Avalanche, Panthers Praha White, FBI Tullinge, Pixbo Wallenstam and Malmö FBC. Surte IS continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Munka-Ljungby IBK with 1-5. In the Final, Kärra IBK won over Munka-Ljungby IBK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 12. Surte IS comes from Bohus which lies approximately 12 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Bohus does also provide 26 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023 (Among others: Skår IBK, Lindås Rasta IBK, Särö Seahawks IBK, Stenungsunds IBK, Mölndals IBF, IBK Alingsås, IBF Älvstranden, Pixbo Wallenstam, FBC Partille and Landvetter IBK Wings).
