Finspång IBK

Finspång IBK was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Finspång IBK, 54 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Finspång IBK could be found in Group 3 together with Örebro SK Ungdom, Strandby Tornados, IBK Lund and Hovslätts IK. Finspång IBK continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Gnosjö IBK with 0-5. In the Final, Slätafly/Södra Kärrs IBK won over Stenungsunds IBK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15. Finspång IBK comes from Finspång which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Finspång does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023 (Bergs IK, Ekängens IF and Ekängens IF/Linghems SK).
