In addition to IK Zenith, 12 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Zenith could be found in Group 2 together with Jönköpings IK, Floorball Club Falcon, Esbjerg Sharks, IBK Lidköping 2 and Malmö FBC. IK Zenith made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against TJ Znojmo LAUFEN CZ, which they won with 4-2. Thereby IK Zenith won the entire Playoff A in Boys 17 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023.
