In addition to Växjö IBK U, 14 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Växjö IBK U could be found in Group 2 together with Sveiva Innebandyklubb, Lindås Rasta IBK, Värnamo IK and IBK Lund. Växjö IBK U continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Lund with 1-3. In the Final, IBK Lund won over Värnamo IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 18.
