They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hovshaga AIF could be found in Group 4 together with Ersboda SK, SK Bivojky Litvínov, Nittedal Wolves, Munka-Ljungby IBK and Warberg IBF. Hovshaga AIF continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Alingsås with 2-6. In the Final, Frederikshavn Blackhawks won over IBK Alingsås and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 15.
