Fritsla IF

Fritsla IF was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Fritsla IF, 22 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Fritsla IF could be found in Group 1 together with FBC Pitbulls Kolín, CL98IC and Drøbak Frogn Idrettslag. Fritsla IF continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against KFUM Jönköping with 0-3. In the Final, KFUM Jönköping won over Ingelstad IBK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 16. Fritsla comes from Fritsla which lies approximately 54 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Fritsla does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023 (Landvetter IBK Wings, Rydboholms SK, Borås IBF, Floda IBK, Hestrafors IF, Tranemo IBK, Sandareds IBS, Svenljunga IBK and Kinna IBK).
