Enköpings IBK

Enköpings IBK was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Enköpings IBK, 57 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Enköpings IBK could be found in Group 2 together with FBC EAGB Štíři České Budějovice, Frölunda IBK, Ajer IBK and Gantofta IBK. Enköpings IBK continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Växjö IBK U 1 with 0-8. In the Final, FbC Hradec Králové POL-SKONE Black won over FBC Partille and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 14. Enköpings IBK comes from Enköping which lies approximately 360 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. Other than Enköpings IBK, the club Rönnby Västerås IBK Ungdom does also originate from the area around Enköping.
