In addition to Lomma FBC, 22 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Lomma FBC could be found in Group 2 together with IBF Älvstranden, CL98IC, Ekängens IF/Linghems SK, IK Stanstad and Surte IS IBK. Lomma FBC continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lindås Rasta IBK with 0-5. In the Final, FBS Slavia Plzen won over Värnamo IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 14.
