In addition to Malmö FBC, 54 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Malmö FBC could be found in Group 4 together with FBK AS Trenčín, IBK Bergum/IBK Göteborg, Gnosjö IBK and Lillån IBK. Malmö FBC continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Slätafly/Södra Kärrs IBK with 2-4. In the Final, Slätafly/Södra Kärrs IBK won over Stenungsunds IBK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15.
