In addition to the two IBK Lidköping teams, 11 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Lidköping 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IBK Genarp, Lindås Rasta IBK, NOR 92 IBK, CL98IC, TJ Znojmo LAUFEN CZ and UHC Uster. IBK Lidköping 1 made it to Playoff B after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against CL98IC, which they won with 5-4.
