Gårdarike IBK

Gårdarike IBK was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Gårdarike IBK, 57 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Gårdarike IBK could be found in Group 5 together with FbC Hradec Králové POL-SKONE White, Finance Novak FBK Jicin, Eken IBK and KFUM Jönköping. Gårdarike IBK continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Linköpings IBK with 2-9. In the Final, FBK AS Trenčín won over Kanonyri Kladno Blue and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 14. Gårdarike IBK comes from Höllviken which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Höllviken does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023 (Skurups IBK, Malmhaug IBF, Höllviken IBF, Lomma FBC, Skurups IBK/IBK Genarp, IK Stanstad, Bjärreds IBK, IBK Genarp, Malmö FBC and IBK Genarp/Skurup IBK).
