In addition to Malmö FBC, 22 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Malmö FBC could be found in Group 2 together with Kinna IBK, Nittedal Wolves, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom 1, FBC Lerum and Tranemo IBK. Malmö FBC continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Bergs IK with 1-6. In the Final, Tunet IBK won over Bergs IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 13.
