In addition to FBC Liberec, 14 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof FBC Liberec could be found in Group 1 together with IBK Last Chance, Höllviken IBF, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and Bjärreds IBK. FBC Liberec made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Landvetter IBK Wings with 1-4. Thereby FBC Liberec finished second in G18 Playoff A during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023.
