Avalanche

Avalanche was one of 33 clubs from the Czech Republic that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Avalanche, 54 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Avalanche could be found in Group 7 together with Panthers Praha White, FBI Tullinge, Pixbo Wallenstam, Surte IS and Malmö FBC. Avalanche made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Växjö IBK U, which they won with 6-3. Thereby Avalanche won the entire Playoff A in Boys 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. Avalanche comes from Zlín which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. Other than Avalanche, the club Florbal Vcelin does also originate from the area around Zlín.
