In addition to the two Unite teams, 21 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Unite Black could be found in Group 5 together with FbC Skuteč, Surte IS IBK, Öjaby Sport IBK and FBC Vinga. Unite Black continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IBK Bergum/IBK Göteborg with 2-3. In the Final, KFUM Jönköping won over Ingelstad IBK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 16.
