In addition to IBF Älvstranden, 54 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof IBF Älvstranden could be found in Group 6 together with CL98IC 2, Lindome IBK, Florbal Zidenice and IK Stanstad. IBF Älvstranden continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sandö IBK with 4-10. In the Final, Munka-Ljungby IBK won over FBC Engelholm and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 13. IBF Älvstranden also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023.
