In addition to IK Zenith, 22 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IK Zenith could be found in Group 2 together with IBK Göteborg /Bergum, Hvidovre Attack FC, Floorball Club Falcon, Tunet IBK and Värnamo IK. IK Zenith continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against CL98IC with 1-4. In the Final, CL98IC won over Mölndals IBF and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 18. IK Zenith also participated in Boys 17 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They won Playoff A, after beating TJ Znojmo LAUFEN CZ in the final with 4-2.
