Båstads GIF

Båstads GIF was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Båstads GIF, 54 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Båstads GIF could be found in Group 7 together with Myggenäs IBK, Kärra IBK, Värnamo IK and CL98IC 1. Båstads GIF continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FBC Engelholm with 2-3. In the Final, Munka-Ljungby IBK won over FBC Engelholm and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 13. Båstads GIF comes from Båstad which lies approximately 180 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Båstad does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024 (FBC Engelholm, Gantofta IBK, VV-84 SK Bjuv, Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS, Örkelljunga IF, Munka-Ljungby IBK and FC Helsingborg).
