In addition to Brumunddal IBK, 16 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Brumunddal IBK could be found in Group 3 together with FBC Lerum, Lomma FBC, Nybro IBK, Surte IS IBK and IBK Lund. Brumunddal IBK made it to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Gantofta IBK, which they won with 3-2. Thereby Brumunddal IBK won the entire Playoff B in Girls 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. Brumunddal IBK also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023.
