Fritsla IF

Fritsla IF was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 17. In addition to Fritsla IF, 16 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Fritsla IF could be found in Group 2 together with IBK Kungälv, NOR 92 IBK, Panthers Praha, FC Helsingborg and Hovslätts IK. Fritsla IF made it to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom with 1-5. Thereby Fritsla IF finished second in B17 Playoff B during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. Fritsla IF also participated in Boys 16 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the Semi final in B16 Playoff B, but lost it against KFUM Jönköping with 0-3. Fritsla comes from Fritsla which lies approximately 54 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Fritsla does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024 (Hestrafors IF, FBC Lerum, Borås IBF, Floda IBK, Kinna IBK, Sandareds IBS and Svenljunga IBK).
