In addition to Skurups IBK, 54 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Skurups IBK could be found in Group 11 together with FBC Lerum, Gantofta IBK, Växjö IBK U and Sarpsborg IBK. Skurups IBK continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IBK Göteborg with 0-3. In the Final, Munka-Ljungby IBK won over FBC Engelholm and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 13. Skurups IBK also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023.
