In addition to Gantofta IBK, 16 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Gantofta IBK could be found in Group 2 together with CL98IC, Bulldogs & Znojmo, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, Frederikshavn Blackhawks and IK Zenith. Gantofta IBK made it to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Brumunddal IBK with 2-3.
