Borås IBF

Borås IBF was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Borås IBF, 61 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Borås IBF could be found in Group 7 together with IBK Lund 1, Träslövsläge IF, FbC Hradec Králové and FBS Olomouc. Borås IBF continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Fagerhult Habo IB with 5-7. In the Final, Snipers Bratislava won over Cirkus Praha and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 14. Borås IBF also participated in Boys 13 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in B13 Playoff A, but lost it against Floda IBK with 3-4. Borås IBF comes from Borås which lies approximately 64 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Borås does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024 (Hestrafors IF, Fritsla IF, Kinna IBK, Sandareds IBS and Svenljunga IBK).
