In addition to Lindome IBK, 25 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Lindome IBK could be found in Group 1 together with Värnamo IK, IK Stanstad, IBK Kungälv/Surte IS IBK and Örkelljunga IF. Lindome IBK continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tunet IBK with 1-2. In the Final, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF won over CL98IC and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 15. Lindome IBK also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in G14 Playoff A, but lost it against Varla IBK with 3-4.
