They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IBF Älvstranden could be found in Group 5 together with Floda IBK, Esbjerg Sharks, Jönköpings IK 1 and Höllviken IBF. IBF Älvstranden continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lomma FBC with 1-5. In the Final, KFUM Jönköping won over FBC Engelholm and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15. IBF Älvstranden also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023.
