Åkarps IBK

Åkarps IBK was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Åkarps IBK, 25 other teams played in Girls 13. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Åkarps IBK could be found in Group 5 together with Hovshaga AIF, Åsa IF, Lomma FBC, Tranemo IBK and FBC Partille. Åkarps IBK continued to Playoff B after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gnosjö IBK with 0-5. In the Final, FBC Karlskrona won over Åsa IF and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 13. Åkarps IBK comes from Åkarp which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Åkarp does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024 (Among others: Häljarps SK, Skurups IBK, IBK Genarp, VV-84 SK Bjuv, Malmhaug IBF, IBS Svedala, IBK Landskrona, IBK Lund, Lomma FBC and Bjärreds IBK).
