Växjö Vipers

Växjö Vipers was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Växjö Vipers, 25 other teams played in Girls 13. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Växjö Vipers could be found in Group 2 together with Gnosjö IBK, FBC Karlskrona, Malmhaug IBF and CL98IC 2. Växjö Vipers continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Lund 1 with 3-5. In the Final, IBK Lund 1 won over Malmhaug IBF and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 13. Växjö Vipers comes from Växjö which lies approximately 200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Växjö does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024 (Hovshaga AIF, Ingelstad IBK, Växjö IBK, Växjö IBK U and Öjaby Sport IBK).
