In addition to Tunet IBK, 16 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Tunet IBK could be found in Group 1 together with Skurups IBK, Varla IBK, FBK Dracice Horice and Landvetter IBK Wings. Tunet IBK continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Nybro IBK with 1-3. In the Final, Bulldogs & Znojmo won over CL98IC and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 12. Tunet IBK also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in G12 Playoff A, but lost it against FBC Karlskrona with 0-3.
