Gantofta IBK continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against TJ Znojmo LAUFEN CZ with 3-9. In the Final, Växjö IBK U won over SK Bivoj Litvínov and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 13. Gantofta IBK also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023.
