In addition to IBK Lund, 25 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IBK Lund could be found in Group 4 together with IBF Älvstranden, FBS Slavia Plzen, Jönköpings IK and Tunet IBK. IBK Lund continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IBK Kungälv/Surte IS IBK with 2-3. In the Final, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF won over CL98IC and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 15. IBK Lund also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in G14 Playoff B, but lost it against Värnamo IK with 1-2.
