In addition to the three IBK Lund teams, 40 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IBK Lund 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Varla IBK Lila, Floorball Club Falcon, IBK Elfhög, Vidingsjö MOIF and FBS Olomouc. IBK Lund 2 continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Höllviken IBF with 2-8. In the Final, Tranemo IBK won over Surte IS IBK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 12.
