Gårdarike IBK

Gårdarike IBK was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Gårdarike IBK, 61 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Gårdarike IBK could be found in Group 1 together with Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, FBC Liberec, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom 1, Nittedal Wolves and Bergs IK. Gårdarike IBK continued to Playoff B after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Stenungsunds IBK with 2-6. In the Final, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom 2 won over Bergs IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 14. Gårdarike IBK comes from Vellinge which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Vellinge does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024 (Among others: Skurups IBK, IBK Genarp, Åkarps IBK, Malmhaug IBF, IBS Svedala, IBK Lund, Lomma FBC, Bjärreds IBK, IK Stanstad and Malmö FBC).
