In addition to Malmö FBC, 22 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Malmö FBC could be found in Group 1 together with SC Potsdam, Lindås IBK, CL98IC and Esbjerg Sharks. Malmö FBC continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBK Genarp with 2-7. In the Final, Täby FC 1 won over Rødovre Floorball Club and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 18. Malmö FBC also participated in Boys 17 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the Semi final in B17 Playoff B, but lost it against IBK Lidköping 1 with 2-5.
