In addition to Malmö FBC, 29 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Malmö FBC could be found in Group 1 together with Häljarps SK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, Bergs IK and Ingelstad IBK. Malmö FBC continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Särö Seahawks IBK with 1-4. In the Final, FBC Lerum won over Bergs IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 14. Malmö FBC also participated in Girls 13 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in G13 Playoff B, but lost it against Bergs IK with 1-6.
