Sävsjö IBK

Sävsjö IBK was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Sävsjö IBK, 39 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Sävsjö IBK could be found in Group 4 together with Finance Novak FBK Jicin, FBC Engelholm, Eken IBK and Växjö IBK U vit. Sävsjö IBK continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FBC Partille with 2-6. In the Final, Warberg IBF won over FBC Partille and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 15. Sävsjö IBK also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in B14 Playoff B, but lost it against FBK AS Trenčín with 3-9. Sävsjö IBK comes from Sävsjö which lies approximately 170 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. Other than Sävsjö IBK, the club Skillingaryds IK does also originate from the area around Sävsjö.
