In addition to Bergs IK, 29 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Bergs IK could be found in Group 1 together with Häljarps SK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, Malmö FBC and Ingelstad IBK. Bergs IK made it to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against FBC Lerum with 5-6. Thereby Bergs IK finished second in G14 Playoff B during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. Bergs IK also participated in Girls 13 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the final in Playoff B, but lost it against Tunet IBK with 1-6 and ended up in second place.
