In addition to Täby FC, 11 other teams played in Girls 18. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Täby FC could be found in Group 1 together with Warberg IBF, Ingelstad IBK, Sveiva Innebandyklubb, Stenungsunds IBK /IBK Kungälv and IBK Lund. Täby FC continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Varla IBK with 1-3. In the Final, Tunet IBK won over Sveiva Innebandyklubb and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 18.
