In addition to FC Helsingborg, 16 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof FC Helsingborg could be found in Group 2 together with Fritsla IF, IBK Kungälv, NOR 92 IBK, Panthers Praha and Hovslätts IK. FC Helsingborg made it to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Hovslätts IK with 3-4. Thereby FC Helsingborg finished second in B17 Playoff A during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024.
