In addition to FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom, 11 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom could be found in Group 2 together with Bulldogs Brno, Lindås IBK, Höganäs IBF, FBC Liberec and Malmö FBC. FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom made it to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Landvetter IBK Wings, which they won with 3-2. Thereby FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom won the entire Playoff B in Girls 16 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom also participated in Girls 15 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in G15 Playoff B, but lost it against Ersboda SK with 2-3.
