Höganäs IBF

Höganäs IBF was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Höganäs IBF, 11 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Höganäs IBF could be found in Group 2 together with Bulldogs Brno, Lindås IBK, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom, FBC Liberec and Malmö FBC. Höganäs IBF continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Landvetter IBK Wings with 1-4. In the Final, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom won over Landvetter IBK Wings and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 16. Höganäs IBF comes from hö which lies approximately 470 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. Other than Höganäs IBF, the club Huskvarna innebandy klubb HIK does also originate from the area around hö.
