In addition to FBC Vinga, 30 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof FBC Vinga could be found in Group 4 together with IBK Kungälv, FbC Hradec Králové, IK Stanstad and Rimforsa IF. FBC Vinga continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Karlstad IBF with 3-5.
