IK Zenith vit

In addition to IK Zenith, 42 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Zenith vit could be found in Group 4 together with Höllviken IBF, Lindome IBK, Orel Jednota Vyškov and FBC Liberec. IK Zenith vit continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against FBC Lerum with 2-5. In the Final, Tranemo IBK won over Surte IS IBK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 12.
