Hestrafors IF

Hestrafors IF was one of 107 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Hestrafors IF, 39 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Hestrafors IF could be found in Group 1 together with Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, IK Stanstad, Skoghalls IBK 1 and CL98IC. Hestrafors IF continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eken IBK with 4-8. In the Final, KFUM Jönköping won over FBC Engelholm and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15. Hestrafors comes from Bollebygd which lies approximately 37 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Bollebygd does also provide 20 additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024 (Among others: Frölunda IBK, Lindome IBK, FBC Lerum, IBF Backadalen, Surte IS IBK, Borås IBF, Eken IBK, Mölndals IBF, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and Floda IBK).
