Orange Overtakers was the only club from the Netherlands that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Orange Overtakers, 14 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Orange Overtakers could be found in Group 1 together with Olofströms IBK, Växjö IBK Vipers, IBF Backadalen/Surte and Sarpsborg IBK. Orange Overtakers continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Emmaljunga GoIF with 0-1. In the Final, IBK Vöikers won over IK Stanstad and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 18. Orange Overtakers comes from Amersfoort which lies approximately 750 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place.
