In addition to Ale IBF, 19 other teams played in Girls 15. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Ale IBF could be found in Group 4 together with Älvsjö AIK, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom, Tranemo IBK and Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS. Ale IBF made it to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom with 3-5. Thereby Ale IBF finished second in G15 Playoff A during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017. Ale IBF also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2016. They reached the Semi final in G14 Playoff A, but lost it against Carlskrona IF with 3-4.
