Greåker IBK

Greåker IBK was one of 17 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Greåker IBK, 55 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Greåker IBK could be found in Group 8 together with Hovslätts IK, FBC Lerum Tigers Röd, Varla IBK Svart and Munka-Ljungby IBK Akademi. Greåker IBK continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Lund 2 with 2-6. In the Final, IBK Lund 2 won over Tenhults IF and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 14. Greåker IBK comes from Sarpsborg which lies approximately 180 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Sarpsborg does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017 (Sarpsborg IBK, Öreåsen IL Innebandy, Horten Innebandyklubb and Slevik Innebandyklubb).
