IBK Dalen

IBK Dalen was one of 121 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to IBK Dalen, 19 other teams played in Girls 15. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IBK Dalen could be found in Group 1 together with Carlskrona IF, IBK Höllviken, FC Helsingborg and Warberg IBF. IBK Dalen continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Trosa Edanö IBK with 1-2. In the Final, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom won over Ale IBF and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 15. IBK Dalen comes from Umeå which lies approximately 820 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. Other than IBK Dalen, the club IBF Dalen does also originate from the area around Umeå.
