SK Florbal Benešov

SK Florbal Benešov was one of 21 clubs from the Czech Republic that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to SK Florbal Benešov, 53 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof SK Florbal Benešov could be found in Group 3 together with Husqvarna IK, Malmhaug KFUM, Halmstad IBK, Varla IBK 1 and BK Vålberg. SK Florbal Benešov continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tatran Stresovice with 1-6. In the Final, Hovslätts IK won over IBK Höllviken Orange and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 13. SK Florbal Benešov comes from Benešov which lies approximately 970 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Benešov does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017 (Gepardi Brno and Itelligence Bulldogs Brno).
