In addition to Helsingborg, F.C., 53 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Helsingborg, F.C. could be found in Group 7 together with Partille IB, Tönsberg Innebandy Klubb and Varla IBK 2. Helsingborg, F.C. continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Karlstad IBF 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Vöikers, IBK won over Karlstad IBF 2 and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 12.
