In addition to FBC Lerum, 24 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof FBC Lerum could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö IBK U, Åmåls IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and Tatran Stresovice.
